Nicola brings over fifteen years' experience working across youth, education and health settings, including twelve years focused specifically on LGBTQIA+ inclusion, and eight years building and managing complex, multi-strand commissioned services at a London equality and diversity charity — spanning mentoring, sexual health outreach, LGBTQIA+ youth groups, inclusive education and a young people's mental health clinic.
